Canned Sardine deluxe
Although sardines can be eating striaght from the can, but you can make your can of sardine taste better
Ingredients
- 1 can of sardines
- 1 table spoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon corn flour
- 1/5 cup water
- 1 fresh chilli
- 3 small red onions (or 1 big onion)
Method
- Open the can of sardines and using chopsticks or fork and spoon, remove the back bone of the fish. (you may leave them there if you like it)
- Peel and slice the onion. Split the chilli, remove the seeds and slice.
- Mixed the tomato sauce, sugar, corn flour into the 1/5 cup water.
- Place the sardines (everything including the gravy) into a small pot, and pour in the mixture in step 2,
- Bring it to boil, add in the cut onions and chilli, off the flame and serve.
