Simple Pan Fry Luncheon Meat
This goes well with plain porridge
Ingredients
- 1 can of luncheon meat
Method
- slice the luncheon meat into thin slices (2mm)
- Heat up a pan (prefer non-stick). There is no need for oil as luncheon meat is oily.
- Lay the luncheon meat slices on the pan slice by slice (almost like toasting).
- Flip over when darkens.
- This simple step gives the meat a little more texture than soggy, and added fragrance from heating.
- Served hot with tomato sauce.
