Stir Fry Preserved Turnip with Pork
This dish goes well with plain porridge Ingredients
- 200 grams lean pork, sliced
- handful of preserved turnip in chunks (not chopped)
- 2 clove of garlic, minced.
- 1 small fresh chilli
- 2 chinese table spoon of light soy sauce
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 chinese table spoon of oil.
Method
- Wash and sliced the lean pork into very thin slices of about 2mm thick (approximately). They need to be cooked quickly by stir frying.
- Peel and minced the garlic. Split the chilli, remove the seed, and cut into small pieces.
- Heat wok, and put in the oil and preserved turnip, and stir fry till fragrance and lightly browned. Add garlic and chilli, fry till fragrance.
- Add in pork and stir fry immediate before it sticks to the pan or together until cook.
- Add in soy sauce, sugar, water. Stir till the almost dry.
- Serve hot.
