Stir Fry Preserved Turnip with Pork

This dish goes well with plain porridge Ingredients

  1. 200 grams lean pork, sliced
  2. handful of preserved turnip in chunks (not chopped)
  3. 2 clove of garlic, minced.
  4. 1 small fresh chilli
  5. 2 chinese table spoon of light soy sauce
  6. 3 teaspoon sugar
  7. 1/4 cup water
  8. 3 chinese table spoon of oil.

Method

  1. Wash and sliced the lean pork into very thin slices of about 2mm thick (approximately).  They need to be cooked quickly by stir frying.
  2. Peel and minced the garlic.  Split the chilli, remove the seed, and cut into small pieces.
  3. Heat wok, and put in the oil and preserved turnip, and stir fry till fragrance and lightly browned.  Add garlic and chilli, fry till fragrance.
  4. Add in pork and stir fry immediate before it sticks to the pan or together until cook. 
  5. Add in soy sauce, sugar, water.  Stir till the almost dry. 
  6. Serve hot.
