Long Bean Omelette
Ingredients
- 5 stand of long beans
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 3 table spoon cooking oil
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
Method
- Wash and cut the long beans cross section into thin slices.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Heat up frying pan or wok. Put in the cook oil and heat again
- Put in the long bean and salt and stir fry till fragrance.
- Spread out the long bean so that they are evenly spread.
- Pour in the beaten eggs slowly and evenly in a circular motion, so that all the long beans are covered.
- Flip over when brown.
- Serve hot.
