Onion Omelette
Ingredients
- 1 big onion (white or red)
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 3 table spoon cooking oil
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
Method
- Peel and slice the onion.
- beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Heat up frying pan or wok. Put in the cook oil and heat again
- Put in the onion and salt and stir fry till frangrance and soft.
- Spread out the onion so that they are evenly spread.
- Pour in the beaten eggs slowly and evenly in a circular motion, so that all the onions are covered.
- Flip over when brown.
- Serve hot.
