Luncheon Meat and Apple Sandwich
Pork usually goes well with apple sauce, but this sandwich uses fresh apples.
Ingredients
- 2 slice of bread
- 2 slices of luncheon meat (or 1 slice of ham)
- half apple (green or red, depending you like it sour or sweet)
Method
- Slice the apple (you may peel it or leave the skin on)
- toast the bread (optional)
- Sandwich the luncheon meat and sliced apple.
- Serve with your favorite drink.
