{"id":88,"date":"2008-06-03T18:37:02","date_gmt":"2008-06-03T10:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=88"},"modified":"2008-06-04T11:30:13","modified_gmt":"2008-06-04T03:30:13","slug":"no-bake-chocolate-cheese-cakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=88","title":{"rendered":"No-Bake Chocolate Cheese Cakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Special Consideration:<\/strong> Quick &amp; Easy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servings:<\/strong> 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong> Uses an Oreo cookie as the crust. <em><span style=\"#ff6600;\">&#8211; You can use other type of crust \/ other type of cookies.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chill Time:<\/strong> 2 Hours<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>2 ounces Cream Cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 square Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Whipped Topping (Cool Whip), thawed <em><span style=\"#ff6600;\">&#8211; I used Whipping Cream because I can\u2019t find Cool Whip.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li>2 Oreo cookies <em><span style=\"#ff6600;\">&#8211; I used biscuit crumbs that I manually made.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat cream cheese, sugar &amp; chocolate in a medium bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. <em><span style=\"#ff6600;\">&#8211; Tiring job.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Add whipped topping; mix well. <em><span style=\"#ff6600;\">&#8211; If you\u2019re using whipping cream \/ heavy cream, you\u2019ll need to whip the whipping cream first, unless you buy those whipped cream. Don\u2019t over-whip otherwise it\u2019ll end up as butter.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Place 1 cookie on the bottom of each of 2 paper-lined medium muffin cups; fill evenly with cream cheese mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Special Consideration: Quick &amp; Easy Servings: 2 Description: Uses an Oreo cookie as the crust. &#8211; You can use other type of crust \/ other type of cookies.
