{"id":52,"date":"2008-04-17T19:38:19","date_gmt":"2008-04-17T11:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=52"},"modified":"2008-05-02T15:11:23","modified_gmt":"2008-05-02T07:11:23","slug":"canned-sardine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=52","title":{"rendered":"Canned Sardine deluxe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Although sardines can be eating striaght from the can, but you can make your can of sardine taste better<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>1 can of sardines<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon corn flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/5 cup water<\/li>\n<li>1 fresh chilli<\/li>\n<li>3 small red onions (or 1 big onion)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Open the can of sardines and using chopsticks or fork and spoon, remove the back bone of the fish. (you may leave them there if you like it)<\/li>\n<li>Peel and slice the onion.
