{"id":304,"date":"2014-06-27T17:03:50","date_gmt":"2014-06-27T09:03:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=304"},"modified":"2014-07-21T14:22:49","modified_gmt":"2014-07-21T06:22:49","slug":"pork-bean-paste-and-bitter-gourd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=304","title":{"rendered":"Pork Bean Paste and Bitter Gourd (\u82e6\u74dc\u9762\u8c49\u732a\u8089)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>1 bitter gourd<\/li>\n<li>200g minced pork or slice pork<\/li>\n<li>4 Garlic<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tablespoon bean paste<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon light soya sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon corn flour<\/li>\n<li>2 table spoon cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Remove      skin of garlic, minced and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Wash      bitter gourd, cut into half, remove the seeds.\u00a0 Then slice into thick slice of 1\/2 to 1      cm thick depending on preference. (you can read how to make it less bitter      <a href=\"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=167\">here<\/a> http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=167)<\/li>\n<li>In      a bowl, mix corn flour with a tablespoon of water till no more lumps and      set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In      a pot or frying pan, heat up, add in the oil, add in minced garlic and fry      till fragrant. Add in bean paste, soya sauce and sugar and stir and sizzle      for 1 min. Add in pork and stir and break it apart till cooked. Add 1 cup      water and bitter gourd and let it boil.
