{"id":214,"date":"2009-04-17T17:49:14","date_gmt":"2009-04-17T09:49:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=214"},"modified":"2009-04-17T17:49:14","modified_gmt":"2009-04-17T09:49:14","slug":"steam-chicken-with-ginger-and-spring-onion-%e5%a7%9c%e8%91%b1%e9%b8%a1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=214","title":{"rendered":"Steam Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion (\u59dc\u8471\u9e21)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Half chicken, or 2 chicken leg<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cm section of ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 stalk spring onion<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon light soya sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 table spoon Chinese wine hua tiao (\u82b1\u96d5)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt for seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon salt for washing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Remove skin of ginger, cut into slices.
