{"id":170,"date":"2008-12-23T11:37:46","date_gmt":"2008-12-23T03:37:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=170"},"modified":"2008-12-23T11:37:46","modified_gmt":"2008-12-23T03:37:46","slug":"devil%e2%80%99s-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=170","title":{"rendered":"Devil\u2019s Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Saw this on TV some time ago.\u00a0 It is eaten as tradition in some families on Christmas Day, with all the leftovers turkey, ham and all kinds of meat during the Christmas Eve dinner. \u00a0It is call devil&#8217;s curry for the very spicy flavors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (1 big pot serving, adjust quantity according if more meat is used)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Turkey, Ham, roast beef, lamb etc (any leftovers meat)<\/li>\n<li>5-10 tablespoon Chicken Curry powder (you can get it from supermarkets, or Indian spice shops.\u00a0 Some spice shops sell creamy curry paste, that will also do), add more if you like very spicy.<\/li>\n<li>500 ml Coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>6 shallots or 1 big onion.<\/li>\n<li>5 tablespoon cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>water<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon sugar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Cut the meats into chucks.
