{"id":137,"date":"2008-10-23T11:42:51","date_gmt":"2008-10-23T03:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=137"},"modified":"2008-10-23T11:42:51","modified_gmt":"2008-10-23T03:42:51","slug":"steam-fish-with-preserve-winter-vegetables-tung-chai%e5%86%ac%e8%8f%9c","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=137","title":{"rendered":"Steam Fish With Preserve Winter Vegetables (tung chai\u51ac\u83dc)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is the same as basic steam fish, with preserve winter vegetables (\u51ac\u83dc) added.\u00a0 This is good for premium fish mid cut like grouper or threadfin or snapper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Fish ( 1 slice of mid cut 2 cm thick)<\/li>\n<li>2 table spoon preserve winter vegetable (tung chai\u51ac\u83dc)<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 red fresh chilli<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon soy sauce.<\/li>\n<li>1 Stalk of Chinese parsley<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Split the chilli, remove the seed and cut into strips.<\/li>\n<li>Wash the winter vegetables and squeeze dry.\u00a0 Coarsely cut it up.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse the fish with water.\u00a0 Drain dry.\u00a0 Rub some salt on the fish surface.<\/li>\n<li>Put fish on a steaming plate, and lay the chilli on top of the fish.<\/li>\n<li>Lay the winter vegetables on the fish.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the steamer is already on high heat and full steam.\u00a0\u00a0 Steam the fish for 10 mins under high heat.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Wash and chop the parsley into strips, lay them on the cooked fish while hot.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Pour the sesame oil and soy sauce over the fish.<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the same as basic steam fish, with preserve winter vegetables (\u51ac\u83dc) added.\u00a0 This is good for premium fish mid cut like grouper or threadfin or snapper.
