{"id":128,"date":"2008-10-02T19:12:39","date_gmt":"2008-10-02T11:12:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=128"},"modified":"2008-10-02T19:14:50","modified_gmt":"2008-10-02T11:14:50","slug":"pork-and-liver-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/werynice.com\/home\/?p=128","title":{"rendered":"Pork and Liver Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a very simple soup to make, and can go well with rice.\u00a0 You may add more ingredients into it like fish ball, meat ball, bean curd etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (Serve 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>100 grams Pork Liver<\/li>\n<li>100 grams Lean pork<\/li>\n<li>2 cm section of ginger<\/li>\n<li>1-2 bowl stock<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon soya sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 table spoon sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Egg<\/li>\n<li>1 stalk spring onion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Scrape off the skin of the ginger, and cut it into small strips (\u59dc\u4e1d) or thin slices (\u59dc\u7247).<\/li>\n<li>Slice the pork liver into 3-5 mm thick slices.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the pork into 2 mm thick slices.\u00a0 (you may minced it and make into meat balls)<\/li>\n<li>Season the liver and pork separately with half tablespoon of soya sauce and sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li>Heat up pot, and add a little sesame oil.
